Kristina Staats has been a qualified practitioner since 1992, practicing both Chinese medicine and naturopathy for more than 25 years. During this time, she has continued studying by regularly training with world-renowned practitioners and educators in a variety of disciplines throughout Australia, China, USA, and the UK.
She aims for a more holistic and integrated approach to supporting health and wellbeing. Patients are offered a functional medicine approach to help understand deeper underlying causes of their illness. Using lab tests and a comprehensive intake process, a personalized treatment strategy is suggested which may include treatments using herbal medicines, nutritional supplements (pre-made, or specifically compounded), and/or diet and lifestyle changes. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal formulas may also be used to enhance treatment outcomes, if appropriate.
In helping patients, Kristina’s goal has been to empower her patients with enough knowledge to access health and maintain a long-standing wellness.
